I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in the state of Texas, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a National Board Certified Tele-Health Provider (BC-TMH). I provide trauma-informed practice to all age group individuals, and couples/families (relational challenges). I love what I do and I believe it is my absolute privilege to share a safe and growing space with my clients through therapy. I have traveled around the world and lived abroad for decades, which have not only gave me an opportunity to see the world from different perspectives but continue to elevate my desire to experience the world from clients’ “window.” I am a first generation Chinese immigrant, I speak and provide counseling services fluently in both English and Mandarin Chinese. In addition to my clinical work, I am an Associate Professor and a Researcher, teaching next generation counselors. Besides my professional work, I am a mother of two wonderful young children, whom I raise with a supportive and loving husband.
