The HIPPA compliant Phone/web based session (Tele-Health) follows the same rate as in-person session.
Payments & Cancellations
Cash and credit cards are accepted, includes Health Savings Account (HSA) card. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior of your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full session cost. In case of late arrival, you are responsible for the full session cost. In case of no-show, you are responsible for the full session cost.
Please note that it is my policy to keep your credit card number on file to cover potential expenses related to late cancellations or no-shows.
Insurance
To protect your confidentiality and privacy, and to ensure the highest level of therapeutic care, I do not accept insurance. Upon request, I can provide billing statements for your use with insurance companies.
